I got charged 18.95 when they secretly enrolled me in their service. I got lured by the 1 buck search. If you use them make sure you cancel the membership they secretly enroll you in immediately or you will be charged. Deceptive advertising. They did cancel it quickly when I called but I had no idea that I would be charged in the first place. so be careful they are going to charge you and you won't even know it until it is too late. A few minutes later I thought about this and decided to check to see if there were comments about the company on the internet. There were many, all negative. Although it seemed almost universal that no one was ever refunded the $1.00 charge, this didn't seem to bother too many persons. However, there were many complaints about the company billing a surprise $18.95 monthly charge after any order from them, cancelled or not, and making it quite difficult to stop or obtain a refund for these charges.Because of this, I contacted the company immediately. The conversation I had with the agent ("Kristy") is copied below. In my opinion this company could use some official scrutiny. This leads me to think that perhaps the site creators have worked similar operations either previously or simultaneously. AW Phone Agents Source - Beware! I called to cancel this at least 5 months ago. I used this service one time and decided it didn't work for me. So, I called them and cancelled my membership. For the past 5 months they still charged my Visa Card $18.95 per month. I called again today to complain. They told me that they will refund the five months within the next 7 to 10 business days. I will let everyone know in 10 days, if they did yet again do, what they say they're going to do. Be careful!

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! I Came across Phone Agent Source and they claimed to give you information and a trial for only 1$ so I figured for 1$ why not. I paid the dollar and they didnt give me any of the information they claimed they would and the dollar was only forone credit to use for one informational report. So I figure I'm an idiot let me cancel this thing (they say if you dont cancel within a certain number of days they start charging you the monthy fee of $18.95. Now canceling the account was the difficult part until I clicked the live chat with an agent option. Phone Agent Source is not a real service but a SCAM
I've read here many Phone Agent Source complaints. I honestly don't remember ever signing up for any $1 service, but I have had $18.95 pulled out of my bank account monthly for at least five months. I have no idea what is it is for. I called several times and never got a live person. It even disconnected me~! Then, I want on live chat and they said they were having technical issues with their database so they couldn't cancel me. So then I called again and actually got through to "customer service." The guy said he couldn't find my account under my name, address, credit card etc., so he couldn't cancel. He said they were opening up an "investigation." I think I'm just going to have to cancel my credit card to get these leeches out of my account. I don't see that reporting them to my state AG or anything will accomplish anything. Anyway, there's my story. AVOID them if you can!

We canceled immediately and I spoke with a Roberto this morning who agreed that I canceled in July. But told me that I had to phone back to re cancel and I did not do that so I have been charged $18.95 per month. This company is slamming unsuspecting consumers and getting away with millions of dollar. Just another internet scam, which the local police fraud squad are not interested in investigating as its such a small amount, But when you add up how many customers are being scammed its a huge million dollar scam. When will these companies stop getting away with it?

This company stole 113.00 out of my bank account and once I caught it only offered me half my last months that they stole, 18.95. Half of 18.95!! after taking this out of my account for several months. They let you believe you pay 1.00 when you use your debit card, but then charge you 18.95 every month. Talking to a live chat person from their company after much complaining they only agreed to give me the full month of 18.95 back!!! Geesh thanks.

The SAME EXACT thing happened to us. We used this company to trace a call from a payphone that was calling us in the middle of the night. We were told we would be charged $1, and have been charged $18.95 for 3 months. We also just got charged an international fee today. We have tried to get them to refund it, but they won't. I will threaten BBB action, and contact my band to dispute the charges. DO NOT USE THIS RIDICULOUS COMPANY!!!!! I never checked a box or ever authorized a payment other than the $1. I read all the fine print and it mentions nothing about other charges.

Phone agent is a crooked scam!
I have had several payments of $18.95-$20.00 at least 4x per month taken from my credit card from a company called phone agent. I have tried several attempts to cancelled a membership I never asked for in the first place. Now they tell me I have 4 separate accounts is why so much money is taken from my credit card every month. I have called them by telephone, I have emailed and have contacted phone agent by live chat to cancel. They keep assuring me that my accounts are cancelled but they keep taking the money from my credit card. I have never used this service and have attempted to cancel for over a year. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Phone agent takes on average $100 per month from me. Phone agent are sleazy crooks!!

I received a "international" debit/credit card charge of a $1.00 which they automatically remimburse but then put a charge of $18.95/monthly fee, FOR WHAT? I never heard of this company, I don't give out my information to sights like that. How do I stop them from charging me more!!!!! My husband is unemployed and we simply don't have that extra to even play around with!!!!! How do I get this off of my account????? How are people able to get my Visa numbers to even charge me with this *** charge?? Someone HELP ME!!!!

Phone Agent CS is unclear on their charges
I signed up for their trial memebership and was charged $ 1.00 and did not receive the information that i requested. I was also bumped off their site right after I gave them my debt card information and just figured I was out the $1.00. I have been charged $ 18.95 per month since and three months later I realized what the problem was. I contacted them and they refuse to refund my momey saying it is in their contract that I agreed too. Kind of hard to agree when being bumped off their site. SCAM!!!!!!! they suck and I am pissed.

Phonesourceagents.com is the worst online website and company I have ever dealt with. They rip people off. Their system is NOT user friendly and any money they take directly fromour account is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you choose to use their website or services be prepared to get scammed!!!!! My debit card refund
On 8/23/2010 I spoke to Shirley on the Chat window. My debit Card was not refunded the amount she said she refunded. Contact me at 915-204-****. The amount was 18.95, she was suppose to refund me 50% nof that amount I have not seen it as of yet. This why I got another debit card and my checks are being deposited there. According to the 100 words I only had 67 words. So what do I say now. Accept that I am letting people know that your company can not be trusted,thanks but no.
